Cancellation Policy

If you’re 10 minutes late, I will NOT be able to complete your appointment. If you no show, you will be charged the complete amount of your appointment cost. If you cancel same day you must pay 50% of scheduled appointment. In order to rebook, the fee must be paid. Once you no show three times I will have you find a new technician!
